We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
However, if you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a longer mandatory return or withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection laws (such as the European Union), those rights will apply and take precedence over this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
